Lead follow-up
How practices respond to inquiries, sustain momentum, and keep qualified prospects from slipping through the cracks.
Independent growth intelligence
SHIDAVA studies how independent medical spas and aesthetic practices attract, follow up with, and retain clients—turning everyday operational friction into practical insight.
The best growth systems do not replace judgment. They make good judgment easier to apply—consistently, responsibly, and at the right moment.
The 2026 study
We are learning where growth work becomes fragmented, repetitive, or difficult to measure across independent aesthetic practices.
How practices respond to inquiries, sustain momentum, and keep qualified prospects from slipping through the cracks.
The workflows that support repeat visits, thoughtful re-engagement, and stronger long-term relationships.
Whether teams can see which marketing and operational efforts actually lead to booked appointments.
How we work
Growth work touches real relationships, reputations, and data. Our process is deliberately measured: understand the workflow first, test within defined limits, and keep consequential decisions accountable to people.
We begin with how a practice actually operates: where inquiries arrive, who responds, what is measured, and where momentum is lost. Recommendations are grounded in observed patterns rather than a preselected tool.
Research findings are treated as inputs, not universal truths. We look for recurring patterns across responses, state limitations clearly, and test narrowly before presenting a method as a better way to work.
AI may assist with research, organization, and drafting. It does not independently publish content, contact businesses, spend money, or change permissions. External actions remain bounded, reviewable, and attributable.
The study does not request patient or client information, health data, passwords, or financial details. Contact information is optional, responses stay in a restricted workspace, and follow-up is limited to the purpose selected.
For owners, operators, and practice teams
The SHIDAVA Independent Med Spa Growth Study takes approximately three minutes. Participation is voluntary, and providing contact information is optional.
About SHIDAVA
SHIDAVA is an early-stage research and product initiative focused on responsible growth systems for independent businesses. SHIDAVA Research studies the patterns first; future tools and services may be shaped by what the evidence reveals.
We are currently focused on independent medical spas and aesthetic practices in the United States.
Research privacy
Study responses are collected through Google Forms and stored in a restricted SHIDAVA workspace. Responses may be reviewed in aggregate to identify industry patterns and inform future research, tools, and services.
